Semi benzene dyed leather: when the original leather surface is not ideal, it needs to be dyed, and then a little coating is used to modify the surface defects, so as to improve the utilization rate of leather, and the air permeability is about 80%. Some cattle with poor breeding environment have poor skin quality and low price of raw skin. Most of them are made into semi benzene dyed skin and ground skin, which are used as intermediate sofa materials.

Bead skin: the pores on the skin surface are visible, with good ventilation, elasticity and soft touch. Because it is made of the first layer of cowhide, it is necessary to select the cowhide without insect spots and scars. Generally used in high-grade sofa, general furniture stores will not provide this kind of cowhide for color selection, expensive.

Saddle leather: about two kinds

One is a relatively high-end method, and the manufacturer does not make synthetic leather of the same color system, so each group of high-end saddle leather each group sells for more than 150000 yuan. Saddle leather itself is also cow leather, but it is used for saddle bridge on horse back, so it is called saddle leather. Due to the special manufacturing process, the service life of saddle leather is longer than that of ordinary leather.

Maintenance method: special maintenance group for saddle leather can increase the grease content of leather surface and make its service life longer.

One kind of saddle leather is made into a cheap saddle leather in response to the consumers’ yearning for saddle leather. It is usually made of the secondary leather (the leather of insect spots and injured cattle) which is knocked out by the country where the cow leather is produced. It is hard and bright. The manufacturer also supplies synthetic leather of the same color, so it can be made into a semi cow leather sofa. The durability is not as good as that of high-grade saddle leather, and the wear resistance coefficient is better than that of ordinary dye leather. However, the adhesion of the surface dye is not good, and the dye will be separated from the cow leather when it is wiped with a wet cloth.

Maintenance method: this kind of saddle leather can only be wiped with dry sponge, and general leather maintenance agent can not be used. Special maintenance agent for saddle leather can be used. The maintenance service life can be more than three years in this way.

Second hammer skin: remove the remaining dermal tissue of the epidermis, poor ventilation, hard and inelastic touch.

Coating leather: due to the poor quality of the original skin and many insect spots, it adopts multi coating coloring to cover up its shortcomings, so as to improve the usage rate of leather, and the air permeability is about 50%!

Full leather: the leather of the whole group of sofas are all made of cow leather. The leather color of sofas will not have color difference. But the price is much more expensive than that of cowhide.

Semi leather: sofa cushion, back cushion, handrail, headrest… And other parts, generally the leather that you touch when sitting on the sofa is made of leather, and the rest is replaced by artificial leather. The manufacturing cost of leather is much less than that of full leather.
